Stacy and Mick: Cairns Rainforest Romance Micro-wedding

Mick and Stacy got hitched at our second Rainforest Romance, our Cairns elopement and micro-wedding event, in May.

This was held in the beautiful rainforests near Babinda, with a babbling creek in the background, and stunning gardens.

We had a wonderful time getting to know Stacy and Mick while helping them effortlessly create a magical day for themselves and their closest family and friends.

After the day, Stacy captured her thoughts on getting married via the done-for-you experience:

Mick and I are beyond grateful for the love, support, and care that went into creating the perfect, low-pressure, intimate celebration. You all played such a big part in making our wedding unforgettable.

Ebony, you were an absolute breath of fresh air. Your beautiful, bubbly nature made us both feel heard and confident in expressing what we truly wanted in our vows. Thank you for holding space for us in such a heartfelt way.

Shantelle – all I can say is flawless! The number of compliments I received after the ceremony was endless. The photos didn’t even do your incredible work justice. Thank you for going above and beyond to make me feel like a glowing, blushing bride.

Maddi – you absolutely nailed it! You’ve created a space for couples to tie the knot in a relaxed and stress-free way, and we’re so lucky to have had your help. I’ve seen a few sneak peeks of the photos, and I’m so excited to see the rest – we look amazing (who would’ve thought?!).
