Darcy and Megg's Bendigo Wedding | Albury Wodonga Wedding Photographer
I have been excited for this wedding for quite some time now after meeting Megg to discuss her wedding photos in Bendigo last year.
Megg and her bride tribe were wonderfully relaxed, which was aided by Megg's ridiculously good organisation skills. This allowed us a good amount of time to get some nice family shots and bridesmaid shots before we left for the ceremony.
Also, if you are looking for some inspiration on how to layout your dress for your photographer or just during the time you are getting ready, check out Megg's set-up below! I felt like I had walked into a photoshoot just for the dress! 😍 This also gives it time to 'fall' so you can get rid of creases or see if it needs an iron! What a wonderful idea!
Darcy and Megg held their ceremony at the beautiful Sandy Creek Park, just outside of Bendigo. This is my second opportunity photographing a wedding here and it was just as stunning as last time. The space has enough shade to allow for guests to watch the ceremony comfortably and provides many locations for wedding photos. I really do recommend it if you are getting married in Bendigo.
Sue Begg's completed the short ceremony in front of Darcy and Megg's close family and friends.
Before the reception we made another quick stop in town for a few more photos in some beautiful gardens, then it was onto the RSL for dinner and dancing. I hadn't been to the Bendigo RSL before and was quite impressed with the function room and food that was served.
Thank you so much for having me guys, I had an excellent time!
